Vahan Hovsepyan is a Senior Community and Public Policy Advisor at RIPE NCC. Vahan is in charge of developing cooperation and engaging stakeholders from several regions, including RIPE NCC members, governmental agencies, academic institutions and industry development organisations.

Vahan has a Master of Science degree from  graduated from the Armenian-Russian (Slavic) State University and EMBA from Quantics School of Business & Technology,  completed courses at the Maastricht School of Management and the John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Vahan has extensive experience working in and with industry development organisations, IXPs and international organisations, leading several initiatives of RIPE NCC, including Central Asia Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF) and Internet Measurement Day (IMD).
