After completing his education in Electronics Engineering, he spent 26 years of his nearly 30-year career in the telecommunications sector.

In the first 15 years of his career, he found areas of development in engineering, sales, program management and operations management, and had the opportunity to gain experience abroad for nearly half of the same period.

Between 2011 and 2018, he served as the general manager of IRIS TELEKOM A.S., a Nokia group company, and between 2018 and 2022, he served as the Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Director of the Nokia Mobile Networks Business Group.

Erensoy Bilgin, married and has two children, continues his business life as the Country Manager of Nokia Turkey as of the beginning of 2023.
