Bahar Serçin Halefoğlu is the Founder and CEO of the artificial intelligence startup ALSE Data. She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Analytics from Harvard University as an industrial engineer and has previously served as a data manager at global companies such as L’Oréal and Bayer. She currently serves as the Deputy Secretary General and Vice Chair of the AI Diplomacy Commission at AIPA Turkey, actively contributing to the fields of entrepreneurship, data science, and technology policy.

She also contributes to AI literacy as a columnist for Harvard Business Review and Inc. Magazine. A classically trained musician, she plays the piano and cello, and holds a world 3rd place award in an International Opera Competition.
